Moving along!

I still have to glue the arms on and do some cleanup carving, but you can get a better idea now. His head and right hand also move, in addition to the legs.

    Very interesting...Will you use some kind of stand to prop it up?

    No, it will be supported by a bar that runs into the back. This is based on a "limberjack" style of toy and the bar in the back will be raised up and down with a cam turned by a crank. When adjusted properly, it makes the toy look like he is "clogging" or performing some type of Irish jig!
